Anthotyro ice cream and honey with fig baked with balsamic and black sugar
Rich, tasty, aromatic. A special homemade ice cream with creamy anthotyro, honey and figs baked with balsamic and black sugar in the oven.
Ingredients:
200 ml full fat cream
4 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoons salt
5 egg yolks, beaten in a bowl
4 teaspoons honey
350 gr. anthotyro, mushed well with a fork in a bowl
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the figs
350 gr. figs, washed and sliced in quarters (leave the skins on)
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
