Carrot soup with orange, cumin and turmeric

Ingredients:
600gr carrots, biological, washed and cut at the edges (weight after cleaning)
3 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoons turmeric
1/2 teaspoons cumin
720ml (3 cups) warm water
100ml freshly squeezed orange juice
blackcurrant for garnish
