Portobello Halloumi Burger

The burgers’ position in this delicious vegetarian burger is taken by the big portobello mushroom. Fill with red roasted chilli pepper, haloumi and balsamic cream.
Ingredients
For the balsamic vinegret
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar with thyme honey TOP
1/4 tsp. pulped garlic
1/4 tsp. harissa sauce
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. salt
For the burgers
2 medium sized portobello mushrooms (about the same diameter as the bread roll), without the stem
2 burgers buns
4 slices (about 90 grams) of haloumi
1 large jarred roasted Florina pepper, cut in half lengthwise
