Kudos Carignan
As commented on Aristophanes’ work, kudos (from anc. greek κῦδος [keedos]) is the word for magical glory, which entered English language in the19th century, meaning high acclaim or praise for exceptional achievement.
It is a blend of the Cretan variety of Kotsifali and the international variety Syrah. Aromas of cranberry, pomegranate, and baking spices fill the nose. On the palate medium-bodied with bright acid. It’s also quite expressive with flavors of raspberry and cherry. Kudos is a great complement to tomato sauce based dishes like youvetsi and vegetarian dishes like stuffed vegetables.
